O.K. are you ready for the best most simplistic deep relaxation available anywhere? Be sure to tap this free resource for your stress relief needs, this may seem very simple and basic but if you follow the instructions you will gain immense relaxation relieving your stress to a fair extent, so please do not underrate this, at least try it a couple of times before you make up your mind about it because after you get the technique down it does work very well. I personally have never found a better technique for relaxation even though it is very, very simple.
Note: Be sure NOT to put the audio on loop, as over doing this is not necessary. This can also be done with out the audio, but the audio is advised because in the long term use it may give you a sense of clearing your head. Listen at a comfortable volume only. The 40 minute white noise audio on this page contains no entrainment.
INSTRUCTIONS: Lay down in a comfortable position in a bed, eyes closed, with your arms on either side feet not crossed with stereo head phones on, with a frequency response of 20 Hz - 20 kHz or greater and listen to this white noise recording. Then perform one of the following visual “settings,” then use the breathing technique. You may if you like use your own visual.
BREATHING TECHNIQUE: Simply intone the words “So it is.” (right before you breathe in) and breathe in fully expanding your lungs and then briefly pausing with your lungs still open for about 2-4 seconds. Then also silently think the affirmations: “I am what I am.” on inhale and while holding your breath. And then intone the words “Let go.” and breathe out, directly after you say those words and while breathing out simply relax by letting go of both your breath and your whole body at the same time as you just release your breath all at once, so each time you breathe out you get more and more relaxed. Note that you don’t force your breath out you just let go of it in a comfortable manner. Be very sure not to move around (arms or legs etc.) while doing this because you have to get to the point where your body is completely relaxed and it won’t if you move much. When you can feel your body as if your whole body is completely asleep (but your mind is awake) simply continue the technique for the full duration, then once the recording is over slowly get up and take a few quick breaths and let yourself readjust for a minute before going on with your day as the effect may be fairly dramatic.
Perform this technique once a day for however many days you would like, there is no entrainment or subliminal messages it is just a white noise recording. You may also use The Infinity Meditation technique with this white noise audio instead. Use once each day that the therapeutic effect is desired. And please be advised that for long term use combing this technique with the information in the book "The Next Level ..." is going to smoothen things out psychologically and emotionally quite a bit.
Look forward to doing better for the day and also look forward to the amazing and refreshing techniques contained in the awe inspiring book every guru/therapist should own.
